This policy explains the payment, cancellation and rescheduling rules for purchases from H.E.A.L Academy LLP. It
should be read with our Terms and Conditions and the specific offer shown at purchase.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS MANDATORILY REQUIRED
UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
1. SCOPE
This policy applies to all full or partial payments made to H.E.A.L Academy LLP for workshops, webinars,
masterclasses, certifications, practitioner training, coaching packages, one-to-one or group sessions, consultations,
digital content, recordings, physical events, memberships, community access, continuing support, next-batch
upgrades and other services.
2. GENERAL RULE
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is mandatorily required under applicable Indian
law. This includes booking amounts, tokens, registration fees, seat-reservation fees, instalments and payments
made under early-bird, scholarship, promotional, combination, negotiated, event-exclusive or upgrade offers.
Review the offer and schedule before paying.
3. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION AND NON-USE
No refund is due because a participant changes their mind, decides a service is unsuitable, misses live sessions,
does not use provided access, does not watch recordings, does not complete assignments or certification
requirements, changes trainer or provider, relocates, or stops participation. Personal, family, health, travel,
scheduling or financial circumstances, and dissatisfaction with a hoped-for outcome, do not by themselves create a
refund right. Non-attendance or discontinuation by the participant is not cancellation by HEAL Academy.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ACCESS
After access to an online course, recording, manual, audio, worksheet, video or member area is provided, the
payment remains non-refundable whether the content is accessed, downloaded, watched or completed.
5. BOOKING AMOUNTS AND PAYMENT PLANS
Booking and seat-reservation payments are non-refundable. Where an amount forms part of a larger fee, the
remainder is payable under the agreed enrolment terms. An instalment plan is an agreement to pay the entire
program price, not a session-by-session subscription. Stopping participation does not automatically cancel future
instalments or refund amounts already paid. Third-party financing may have additional terms.
6. TRANSFERS, DEFERRALS AND CREDITS
A payment is not automatically transferable to another participant, cohort, course or future date. A batch change,
deferment or credit is available only if HEAL Academy agrees to its specific terms in writing. A one-time
accommodation does not establish a general right or precedent.
7. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY HEAL ACADEMY
We may reasonably reschedule a session or event, change timing, trainer, venue, format or delivery order, or
provide an alternative live session, another batch, online delivery, a recording or reasonably equivalent
replacement. A reasonable change alone does not create an automatic refund. If we permanently cancel a paid
service without providing the purchased service or a reasonable alternative, we will address the matter under
applicable Indian law, including any mandatory refund or other remedy.
8. BILLING ISSUES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
For a duplicate charge, incorrect amount or genuine transaction discrepancy, contact connect@healacademy.net
with your name, purchase details, transaction date and proof of payment so we can investigate. Nothing in this
policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including relief available for deficient services or
other grounds recognised by applicable law. You may also use any statutory complaint forum available to you.
9. GOVERNING TERMS AND CONTACT
This policy forms part of the HEAL Academy Terms and Conditions. Where a specific service has additional written
terms, those terms also apply, subject to mandatory law. This policy is governed by Indian law; the jurisdiction
clause in the Terms applies only to the extent legally permissible and does not remove non-waivable statutory
forums.
