📝 TERMS & CONDITIONS – Mamta Hypnotherapy Coaching

By purchasing any service, program, course, or session from Mamta Hypnotherapy Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services Covered Under This Agreement

These terms apply to:

  • Hypnotherapy Certification Webinar (₹199)
  • Heal Through Hypnotherapy Program
  • Hypnotherapy Level 1 & 2 Certification Program
  • 1:1 healing sessions
  • Coaching programs
  • Self-paced digital courses
  • Workshops, masterclasses, and online events
  • WhatsApp groups & community access
  • Free & paid resources

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable.
  • EMI or payment plans (if offered) must be completed as agreed.
  • Failed or delayed payments may result in removal from programs or communities.
  • Payments are processed securely through Instamojo/Razorpay/UPI; we do not store card or bank details.

3. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated on the offer page:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not attending live sessions
  • Not using the course
  • Perceived lack of results
  • Personal circumstances
  • Wrong selection of program

Refunds are given ONLY if:

  • You were charged twice
  • A technical error prevented access

We comply with Instamojo’s payment and dispute guidelines.

4. Program Access & Duration

Your access depends on the package purchased:

  • Basic: 1 month course access
  • Standard: 3 months access + community
  • Premium: 6 months access + weekly live sessions + 1:1 call

Access begins immediately after purchase unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance course content at any time.

5. Community & Group Rules

By joining our community:

  • Maintain respect for all members
  • No abusive, hate, or triggering language
  • No unsolicited promotions or self-promotion
  • Confidentiality must be maintained
  • Violating rules may result in removal without refund

6. Healing, Hypnotherapy & Coaching Disclaimer

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • Hypnotherapy is a supportive healing modality — not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication.
  • Results vary based on client participation, readiness, and emotional state.
  • Transformation cannot be guaranteed; it depends on individual circumstances.
  • You are responsible for your own emotional and mental wellbeing.

If you have serious mental health conditions, you must consult a licensed therapist or psychiatrist.

7. Commitment & Personal Responsibility

By enrolling in any program:

  • You agree to participate actively.
  • You understand this is not a passive “magic solution.”
  • You are responsible for applying the tools and guidance.
  • You will maintain punctuality for live sessions (if applicable).

Lack of participation does not qualify for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, scripts, recordings, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Mamta Hypnotherapy Coaching.

You are not allowed to:

  • Share course access with others
  • Sell, copy, or redistribute materials
  • Teach the content as your own
  • Record or leak sessions or videos

Violation may lead to removal and legal action.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Personal details
  • Emotional experiences shared in sessions
  • Group discussions
  • Private conversations

Likewise, you agree NOT to disclose anything shared by Mamta or fellow participants outside the group.

10. Communication & Contact

By purchasing, you agree to receive:

  • Email updates
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Program reminders
  • Educational content
  • Support notifications

You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP.”

11. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection
  • A working device to access sessions
  • Maintaining your login details

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your network/device.

12. Liability Limitation

Mamta Hypnotherapy Coaching is not liable for:

  • Emotional reactions during sessions
  • Results that differ from your expectations
  • Loss of income or decisions made based on the program
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Any mental health or medical concerns you already had

By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate community rules
  • You misuse content
  • Payments fail
  • You create disturbance or disrespect
  • You breach confidentiality

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as required.
The most recent version will always be available on our website or Instamojo page.
